I connect exceptional people to work that changes how the world creates. For the last 5 years that's meant finding the people pushing the creative technology industry to new heights: Reality Labs, Genies, Mawari, and now the founding talent lead at FLORA, building the operating system that changes the entire way we create.
Autonomous driving in Detroit, AR and VR at Meta, avatars in LA, XR streaming in Tokyo, and now the creative OS in Brooklyn.
No industry has seen more change and more impact from AI than the creative space. It's also a world where craft and taste carry as much weight as the technology, which makes hiring for it uniquely complex.
FLORA is a node-based canvas where creative teams run their whole workflow: generative where you want exploration, deterministic where you need it exact. Building it takes people fluent in both craft and code. I joined as the founding talent lead and the scope grew into all of talent and people: nearly tripling the company from 25 to 60, hiring AI engineering in the most competitive market in tech, and standing up GTM, sales, and marketing from zero. Along the way I built my own recruiting products, sales tools, and dashboards, because the best way to hire builders is to be one.
My mission is to take that impact and apply it to what creates a better world.
First talent hire at the creative OS for the generative era; grew the company from 25 to 60 across every vertical: AI engineering in partnership with technical leadership, plus GTM, sales, and marketing from zero. Built the recruiting products, sales tools, and dashboards that powered it. Brooklyn, on-site.
Partnered with Reality Labs leadership on hiring strategy for AI-enabled graphics, realtime engines, OS, and audio.
0-to-1 hiring roadmaps for Mawari (XR streaming, Tokyo), Genies (AI avatar research), and Brivo (AI for security).
Specialized software engineer recruiting for the teams building Meta's next computing platform.
6 months scaling engineering teams with experienced software engineers across the New York, Salt Lake City, and Dallas markets.
Learned the craft in Detroit: Boolean search, market maps, and automating the boring parts early. Nine years hiring for autonomous driving, computer vision, and ML teams.
